Job Description:

Major Job Responsibilities: Use quality tools to verify products, processes and improve problem solving with implementation of improvements. Must be able to develop Standard Work, Working Instructions and lead Train the Trainer. Help drive improvements and increase our overall Quality position within Intigral and our Customers. This position takes a lead role in meeting targets for safety, quality, productivity, costs, on time delivery and employee satisfaction/development. The Quality Supervisor coaches, trains, supports, and develops a team of flexible, multi-skilled employees Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Included, but not limited to): Perform product quality and process checks on the production lines and dock audits. Audit and provide feedback on work instructions, critical parameters and critical process controls Maintain high level of visibility with team members. Record all applicable data as required, accurately and in a timely manner Work with Line Leads and Area Managers to identify and resolve discrepancies with effective containment, root cause and corrective actions. Use collaborative approach to communicate daily and involve employees in problem solving Preparing Quality Alerts to aid supervisors in communication to line leads and team members. Assist in training of new employees from safety, quality, labeling, handling and packaging perspective. Maintain organization of equipment, tools, and general housekeeping of the inspection area Run daily reports for QAT and Priority Units - effective communication/support with Line Lead and Area Managers to ensure quality. Support and foster an environment of continuous improvement by encouraging employees to challenge existing processes and implement solutions that enhance the overall effectiveness of the operation Support team members in understanding company policies and practices Maintain time and production records Inspect and review customer returns with respective quality and line team members. Communicate with other supervisors and appropriate personnel regarding equipment, safety, work center schedules, company policies and practices, performance improvement plans, etc. Help employees succeed through performance management. Provide coaching and performance feedback to support development Investigate supplier related issues, with effective containment and communication to quality manager. Any other activities as seen fit to aid in success of Intigral Qualification and Skill Requirements: Four (4) plus years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles with demonstrated ability to acquire and apply quality principles; Supervision experience preferred Prefer a two (2) year degree Success in a fast-paced, high volume production, collaborative, team-oriented environment Experience building/leading teams and working with operations floor leadership Able to use tape measures, gauges, calipers and micrometers for measuring of standards Basic math including using all units of measure such as common fractions and decimals Able to respond quickly and pay close attention to details Working knowledge of business systems, MS Office tools, 5s, Problem solving and auditing. Must be able to communicate clearly written and verbally Must have good working knowledge of CAPA, 5s, Lean Principles, with working knowledge of SPC, FMEA, Control Plans. Must be able to do the following without assistance: lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand, sit, bend, squat, twist, climb and walk for hours at a time. Good eye-hand coordination and ability to perform repetitive task Ability to work flexible work schedules as needed. Each employee is responsible for the quality of his/her personal performance and how said performance impacts the environment, safety, and data security. This is applicable to the departments of development, production, management, logistics, and aftermarket services, as well as to contact with customers and suppliers. Managers and supervisors are also responsible for the quality of his/her team's performance and how said performance impacts the environment, safety, and data security.
