Seeking professional with experienced in managing and resolving a portfolio of High Complexity and High Exposure Construction Defect claims.

*** Faulty Workmanship

*** Operational & Maintenance Deficiencies

*** Wear & Tear

*** Environmental

*** Errors & Omissions

*** Construction Accidents

*** Completion Delays

*** Failure to Deliver

*** Negligence

*** Sequencing

*** Code Interpretaion

*** Equipment Loss

Types of Clients & Claimants

*** Owners and developers

*** Contractors and subcontractors

*** Architects, designers, and engineers

*** Vendors and material suppliers

*** Insurance and bonding companies

*** Banks and lending institutions

*** Government and municipal agencies

Shall:

*** Evaluate, negotiate, and resolve high complexity Construction Defect claims in multiple jurisdictions.

*** Verify coverage and assess damages.

*** Set reserves and authorize payments within given authority limits.

*** Create and manage complex resolution strategies.

*** Determine need to engage engineers, counsel, independant adjusters or other technical experts.

Experience Required:

*** Managing the investigation, evaluation and resolution of complex Construction Defect claims.

Work from home position, all travel expenses covered by company including per diem for meals and lodging, IRS standard mileage reimbursement, airfare, and more. Compensation package to $180,000 including salary and annual bonus full medical, dental, vision and prescription insurance plans and group term life insurance. Paid time off for vacation, holidays, personal and sick days from start.
