• Starting pay is $18-$19/hr based on experience
  
• 1 st shift, 5 am 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday
  
• Temp to Hire opportunity with the company.
  
• Located in Youngstown, OH
  
  Duties/Responsibilities
  
  
  • 
    
  • Operate and maintain the extrusion process for our flexible PVC plastic products.
    
  • Set up and operate extrusion equipment to manufacture flexible PVC plastic products according to specifications.
    
  • Monitor production processes and adjust equipment settings as needed to maintain consistent quality throughout.
    
  • Conduct quality checks and make necessary adjustments to ensure product meets quality standards.
    
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
    
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and procedures.
    
  • Record production data and maintain accurate records of production activities.
    
    
    Skills/Qualifications
    
    
    • 
      
    • 3 years' experience in in flexible PVC plastic extrusion preferred
      
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
      
    • Experience with extrusion equipment, including mixers, feeders, and extruders.
      
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
      
    • High School Diploma or GED.
      
    • Will be subject to pre-employment screening.
