Duties As a Lead Personnel Security Specialist you will be responsible for the following duties:--- Monitors workloads and projects and coordinates team member assignments to ensure all are completed in a timely manner and within required guidelines.--- Advises management of areas requiring attention, such as performance matters and developing workload fluctuations.--- Provides guidance and instruction to lower-graded staff regarding interpretation of guidelines and policies, and is responsible for quality reviews of their workActs as mentor and group advisor for less senior staff.--- Provides technical assistance to contractor personnel as needed.--- Prepares or updates training, instructional, and operational manuals that are critical to the operational efficiency of the branchCurrent DCSA employees who reside or are currently employed in the Boyers, PA local commuting area, which includes the Pennsylvania counties of Butler, Clarion, Armstrong, Allegheny, Beaver, Lawrence, Mercer, Crawford, Erie, Venango, Jefferson, Indiana, and Westmoreland;
