The RN Supervisor will provide or coordinate the provision of support to patients and also assist with in-service training, direction, and supervision to staff.*Position Responsibilities for RN Supervisor** Ensures the facility and staff provide an environment of care that supports the principles of patient centered care.* Is responsible for the day to day supervision of the nursing and clinical support staff* Oversees the daily flow of administrative tasks including: patient scheduling, team assignments, coverage for lunch & breaks, room assignments, & medication dispensary.* Ensures compliance with all infection control and environment of care regulations.*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE for RN Supervisor** *Education: *Associates or Bachelor's RN degree.* *Certification: *Current RN license is required.
