Responsible for the\r\nday-to-day operations of a team of Account Associates. This position has a\r\ndirect and immediate impact on the overall efficiency and profitability of the\r\ncompany.

--- Familiar with contact\r\ncenter tools, systems, and methodologies.
--- Strong MS Office skills\r\nincluding Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
--- Adaptable to swift program\r\nchanges, developing the skills in proactive critical thinking and\r\nproblem-solving.
--- Must have one year previous related\r\nleadership experience in a fast paced environment, preferably in the role of\r\nSME, and be in Good Standing
