Up-to $1,000 SIGN-ON/RETENTION BONUS FOR THE 2ND AND 3RD SHIFTS

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Train with skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool liner and safety cover manufacturing
Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
Learn to comprehend and follow shop floor drawings for proper product assembly
Meet required quality and production standards to meet or exceed 72-hour delivery of product to customers
Follow standard work and carry out responsibilities in a safe, efficient manner
Adhere to 5S protocols; maintain a clean and orderly work area.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
0-3 years' experience in manufacturing and/or production
0-3 years' experience in machine operation of semi-automated machines, and the use of hand tools
Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, work on a team, work independently, and the ability to work with one's hands
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8-12 hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
