Summary of Primary Function/General Purpose of Position (2-3
sentences)
The Quality Data Analyst is responsible for the security
administration of all home health services data systems and
applications and interpretation of the reporting generated by the
applications. This position is accountable for ensuring adequate
information is disseminated and shared with appropriate leaders.
This position affects the on-going operations of the agencies
because it is responsible for the analysis / auditing of multiple
reports to ascertain and ensure that optimum outcomes and
compliance are achieved.
Essential Job Functions

Analyzes necessary data from multiple sources and provides
reporting to leadership to help them ensure objectives are met.
Interacts/consults with home health leadership to provide them a
resource to carry out their job duties.
Works with the leadership team and staff to ensure strategies and
objectives are achieved and maximized through the dissemination and
sharing of vital information.
Works closely with the quality team to ensure their objectives are
met by having access to key information that will drive
success.
Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to key
stakeholders as needed.
Manage and monitor key system applications: Applications include
but are not limited to Home Care, Home Infusion, Home Medical
Equipment EMR systems, Electronic Visit Verification app, web
portal for Palmetto GBA
Provide new user access and support home health education on
training for these applications.
Responsible for completing and submitting medical records requests
in a variety of electronic applications.
Responsible for extraction and submission of OASIS data as required
by CMS.
Responsible to ensure accurate EVV information is found within the
home care medical record and Ohio Medicaid application.
Participates in quality improvement exercises and committees.

One or more years healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Previous experience with analysis and interpretation of data from
multiple sources. Would consider candidates with strong background
in health care admin, quality, data analysis/reporting. Extensive
computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and
Powerpoint
