Wage Range - $17.49-18.98--Steady shift schedules:-- -- Day shift 6am-230pm-- -- Afternoon shift 230pm-11pm-- -- Midnight shift 11pm-730am--Benefits include - Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K--Job Duties and Responsibilities:Load product into brine cages in a timely and orderly fashion maximizing use of cage space and no damage to productInspect cheese for non-conforming product, remove such product, return to rework in a timely mannerKeep correct count of cheese on each layer of the cagePerform housekeeping duties as requiredAssist with form changes and table operationsAssist with rework as neededMaintain work area in a clean and orderly fashionPerform cleaning and sanitation tasks as required to maintain plant equipment.Check and remove any leftover product in cage shelves before loading.Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks as required to maintain plant equipment.Disassemble equipment for CIP and reassemble when finished.Change and clean brine filters as needed.Assist in training of new personnel.Assist in other production areas as required.Minimize water usage and eliminate the generation of wastewater within the scope of position.Follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory quality and sanitation requirementsPerform related duties as assigned.Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures.The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee; but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties and skills required.
