Maintenance Technician Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST (with flexibility for overtime as needed)
• Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

• Medical Benefits Available! Maintenance Technician Job Description:
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on machines and manufacturing equipment
  • Complete preventive maintenance tasks to ensure machinery operates efficiently
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment
  • Inspect equipment and perform repairs to maintain system functionality
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure overall facility maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Operate machinery and tools as needed, including lathes, mills, and grinders
  • Work alongside experienced technicians to learn and grow in the role Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:
    • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years in machine maintenance or a similar technical role
    • Skills:
      
      • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
      • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
      • Proficiency in using precision measuring and testing instruments
      • Knowledge of safety protocols, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)
      • Physical Requirements:
        
        • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs
