enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and

Compensation: $50,000 - $105,000 yearly Responsibilities: Report on
key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
to ensure sales goals are achieved Assess and send qualified leads
to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and
provide quick turnaround Seek out new business opportunities within
the assigned geographies to expand clientele Prospect potential
customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication
to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more
qualified leads Update customer database regularly to provide the
most up-to-date client information to the sales team Position
responsibilities consist of but are not limited to the following:
Completing a brief written interview as part of the application
process to demonstrate reading, writing, and critical thinking
skills, showcasing attention to detail and adherence to
instructions. Conduct sales conversations with potential clients to
identify their legal needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Engaging with potential new clients to provide assistance and
information to help them make informed decisions about moving
forward with the firm's services. Following up after the client
onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition to the Legal
Team and address any concerns or questions. Tracking and reporting
metrics related to marketing and sales conversion data to assess
the effectiveness of sales strategies. Maintaining accurate records
and entering essential data into the firm’s systems to ensure
efficient client management and communication. Demonstrates empathy
and understanding in sales interactions, drawing from real-life
experiences to connect with clients effectively. Collaborating and
supporting colleagues within the team, fostering a culture of
teamwork and mutual assistance. Exhibiting ambition and drive, you
should actively contribute to the team's success and growth rather
than relying on others to direct your actions. Embracing a
consultative selling approach, focusing on helping prospective
clients understand their legal options and make informed decisions
rather than pressuring them into a sale. Viewing sales as the
beginning of a long-term client relationship, emphasizing the
importance of building trust and rapport. Qualifications: High
school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred 2 years of
experience in sales or a similar role Superb communication skills,
both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time
management skills Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM
software Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by
