As a Sales Consultant at Global Payments Inc., you will be at the forefront of driving sales for our cutting-edge payment technology and software solutions. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their business needs and offering tailored solutions that enhance their payment systems. You will work in a dynamic team environment to bring value to our customers, driving growth and innovation in the financial services sector. Identify and target potential clients within the Financial Services industry. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Strong understanding of financial products and markets. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Ability to handle complex negotiations with high-level decision-makers. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Great problem-solving skills.
