Job Description:
What You’ll Do As a Solar Energy Advisor , you will guide
homeowners through the transition to solar energy, from first
conversation to signed agreement. Sales & Pipeline Development
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals,
and community engagement Maintain an active and consistent sales
pipeline Follow up persistently on opportunities Conduct in-home
and virtual consultations Energy Consulting & Solutions Analyze
homeowner energy usage and needs Design customized solar and energy
solutions Present proposals, pricing, financing options, and
incentives Educate customers on solar technology, savings, and tax
benefits Field & Customer Engagement Travel to customer
appointments and assigned territories Represent Ethical Energy
Solar at marketing events Deliver an outstanding customer
experience from consultation through handoff Performance & Growth
Meet and exceed sales goals Track performance metrics and pipeline
activity Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills ? What You

Willingness to travel for customer appointments High school diploma
