needs. As a Licenced Insurance Sales Representative, you will
contribute actively to our mission of enhancing client satisfaction

Engage with potential and existing clients to assess their
insurance needs and provide solutions that align with their risk
profiles. Use effective communication strategies to promote
insurance products and explain their benefits distinctly and
persuasively. Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance policies and
market trends to advise clients appropriately and maintain
competitive edge. Achieve and exceed set sales targets consistently
while contributing to team goals. Provide exceptional follow-up for
ongoing customer satisfaction and retention. Handle policy renewals
and maintain accurate records of client interactions in compliance
with regulatory standards. Strong sales acumen and persuasive
communication skills In-depth knowledge of insurance products,
policies, and market conditions Ability to analyze risk profiles
and match them with appropriate insurance solutions Proficient in
CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent interpersonal and
negotiation skills 401k Valid Insurance Sales License is mandatory.
Certification in Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or
similar is highly encouraged.
