AAA East Central is seeking Sales Agents to professionally represent AAA and sell club memberships and insurance products. With a constantly growing membership base, we are welcoming dedicated professionals looking to challenge themselves and build a career within our dynamic organization.
Our training program prepares you to sell memberships, auto and homeowners insurance, and to become a licensed insurance agent. Responsibilities include sales activities, appointment setting and follow-up. We are always open to talented sales professionals with ambition, initiative, self-determination, strong work ethic, career dedication, and a winning attitude.
Your success will require you to: Source, develop leads, prospect and continually network Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals We will support you by offering:

• $19.23 per hour for up to the first 6 months, then commission based with forgivable draw
• Full Time 40 hours per week including some Saturday s

  QualificationsQualifications:
  • Sales experience highly preferred
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Property and Casualty Insurance license preferred
  • Valid Driver s license and good driving record
