Weekday Awake Overnight Location: Monroeville, PA Schedule:
Full-Time Sunday 11p–9 a Monday, Tuesday 10:30p-9a AND Wednesday
10:30p-7a Caseload: 1 individual Tutelage Residential Services is a
community-based agency supporting adults with intellectual
disabilities and autism in a residential setting. We're looking for
a dependable, compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to
join our awake overnight team and provide safe, reliable,
person-centered support in a low stress and relaxed environment.
What You'll Do Maintain a safe, stable, and supportive overnight
environment Provide direct care tailored to individual needs
Implement positive support plans and encourage independence Assist
with daily living tasks, meal monitoring, cleaning, and
transportation Administer medication (training provided) Ensure
accurate and timely documentation Conduct routine safety checks and
fire drills Communicate with the team to ensure continuity of care
What You Bring High school diploma or GED 1 year of Human Services
experience (preferred) Valid PA driver's license with acceptable
driving record Ability to pass background checks, physical exam,
and TB test CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain) Ability to
lift up to 75 lbs, climb stairs, and operate mobility equipment
Strong communication skills, reliability, and problem-solving
