Health Care-DD Services is a company based out of Brooklyn, Ohio
that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities in
their homes and community. Bridges has locations in multiple cities
across Ohio. There are opportunities for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts
which can accommodate full-time and part-time applicants. In
addition, Bridges is currently looking for compassionate
individuals in Cleveland, Mentor, Parma, Berea, Medina, and Akron.
Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday.
Responsibilities - Provide direct care and support to individuals
in an individual, group home or adult day program setting. - Assist
with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing,
and meal preparation. - Monitor and document patient observations
and any changes in condition. - Maintain a clean and safe living
environment for individuals. - Utilize first aid skills as needed
and ensure the well-being of individuals. - Collaborate with
healthcare professionals and case workers to address the needs of
individuals. Requirements: 18 or older High School Diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License with less than 6 points Valid Auto Insurance
