GET TO KNOW THE ROLE Schedule: This full-time heating and cooling position works from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and participation in an on-call rotation. As a Lead Commercial and Residential HVAC Service Technician, you start your day from the comfort of home, heading straight to your first service call. You arrive ready to diagnose and repair HVAC systems, tackling challenges in both residential homes and commercial buildings. Each job offers a chance to showcase your expertise, whether you're troubleshooting a complex system or conducting routine maintenance. With your trusty iPad in hand, you document your service calls and collect payments seamlessly. At day's end, you leave feeling accomplished, knowing you've made a real difference in your community. The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered: High school diploma or equivalent Completion of HVAC trade school Valid driver's license Universal Refrigeration Certification Must reside within 1 hour of our office in Washington, PA Ability to use an iPad Preferred Qualifications: 4 years of experience HVAC Troubleshooting Skills Experienced charging and collecting from residential customers Experience using a flat rate book/software GET FAMILIAR WITH OUR COMPANY Since 1948, our company has become the most trusted residential and light commercial heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration company in the Washington, PA area.
